Ned O'Shea Construction completed a range of enhancements, including the addition of an upper floor with 21 luxury bedroom suites, upgrades to the swimming pool and gymnasium, the construction of a dining room, and a rear extension for additional back-of-house spaces. The front of house was also expanded with a new steel-framed facade, creating an inviting new street frontage.

Throughout the project, the facilities remained fully operational, with staff and guests present on-site. Safety was our top priority, and strict health and safety measures were implemented to protect everyone in the building, particularly in the restricted site area. Sensitive demolition and excavation were carefully managed near the main hotel entrance and bedroom annex, with close coordination with hotel management to minimize dust, noise, and disruption.
